We requested room to be refreshed and it didn’t occur till 5 pm at which point we weren’t given new coffees or teas as a room that would be refreshed. Some of the staff are not outgoing or welcoming. We prepaid the room and requested a suite we never got one. We felt like we were begging to get towels for the room we paid for. In the morning we were moved to another room. We requested another room but we’re told we had to wait till later in the morning because they had over 51 rooms full. When we checked into our room and opened the curtain We were faced with a brick wall. Terrible □ we arrived later than the usual check in.
